1 General Terms & Conditions

Vatvisa is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Vatvisa and the user.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account with Vatvisa. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each person may open one account only.
• The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and your own.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any third party.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Vatvisa complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Accordingly, identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• Documents along with a selfie photo may be required.
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify ownership of a payment method.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Vatvisa reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.

4 Deposits & Payments

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by account tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it will be transferred to your main balance once wagering requirements are met.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.

11 Limitation of Liability

• All disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled through an arbitration body.
